Learn AI 15 minutes everyday…
Hey, quick one before we start.
I have a friend who works a normal office job. She writes reports, answers emails, updates spreadsheets. Nothing fancy.
This week I showed her that ChatGPT can now do all of that inside her actual work apps. No copy-paste. No switching tabs.
Her exact words: "Why didn't anyone tell me this sooner?"
That's what this newsletter is for. Here's what changed this week.
This week:
📄 ChatGPT can now write inside Google Docs and Outlook. Here's how to use it today.
🏥 Amazon just gave Prime members a free AI doctor. It reads your medical records and books appointments.
🎓 A tech CEO warned that new graduates could struggle to find jobs because of AI. Here's the honest advice.
📈 A big bank says AI is about to make a major jump in the next 90 days. Here's what that means for you.

🏥 Amazon Just Added a Free AI Doctor to Prime. Here's What It Can Do.

Amazon Health AI is now inside the Amazon app. It reads your medical records, explains your lab results, and books appointments with a real doctor.
If you have Amazon Prime, you now have access to a free AI health assistant.
Amazon just expanded Health AI to the main Amazon website and app. It is available to all US customers, not just Prime members, but Prime members get 5 free doctor visits included.
Here is what it can actually do. It reads your medical records and explains them in plain language. It answers health questions based on your personal history. It explains your lab results. It renews prescriptions. It books appointments with a real doctor at One Medical. All from inside the Amazon app.
If you have ever Googled symptoms at midnight and gone down a scary rabbit hole, this is the better version of that. It knows your history, so it gives answers that are actually relevant to you.
Prime members get 5 free direct message consultations with a real doctor included, covering 30+ conditions like cold and flu, allergies, UTIs, and more.
What to do: Open the Amazon app or go to Amazon.com. Search for Amazon Health. Create a free health profile. You can start asking basic questions right away, or link your medical records for personalized answers. If you are a Prime member, look for the free consultation offer when you sign up.
The Signal: Healthcare just became something you can access from your phone at any time. No waiting room required.
🎓 A CEO Just Warned That New Graduates Are Struggling to Find Jobs.

Job postings in the US have dropped 32% since 2022. ServiceNow's CEO says entry-level unemployment could hit 30% within two years.
The CEO of ServiceNow, a major software company, said something important this week.
He warned that unemployment for recent college graduates could reach 30% within two years. The reason: AI tools are now doing the entry-level tasks that companies used to hire young people for.
The numbers back this up. Job postings in the US have dropped 32% since 2022. 58% of students who graduated in 2024 and 2025 are still looking for their first job.
AI is handling research, data entry, drafting, formatting, and basic customer support. These are the tasks that used to be a first job.
Here is the honest part though. This is not happening to everyone.
People who know how to work with AI tools are still in demand. Companies are actively looking for people who can manage AI systems, check AI output, and handle the parts of the job that require real human judgment.
The risk is not AI. The risk is ignoring AI.
What to do: If you are a student or recent graduate, add one line to your resume: "I use AI tools to [specific task]." Then make it true. Pick one thing you do regularly and find an AI tool that helps you do it faster. Show that you can work alongside AI, not just alongside other people. That one skill is separating people who get callbacks from people who don't.
The Signal: The job market is not shrinking for everyone. It is shrinking for people who are not learning to use AI as a tool.
📈 A Major Bank Says AI Is About to Make a Big Jump. Here's What It Means for You.

Morgan Stanley told its clients this week: "The market is not prepared for the non-linear increase in AI capabilities expected in April to June 2026."
Morgan Stanley, one of the biggest banks in the world, sent a note to its clients this week.
It said: a major jump in AI is coming between April and June 2026. Not a small update. A non-linear leap. Their words.
The reason is simple. AI companies have been pouring money into compute and research. That investment is about to show up in the products people actually use. Better reasoning. Better accuracy. Better ability to handle complex tasks.
Sam Altman, CEO of OpenAI, said the same thing in his own words: "Extremely capable AI is just around the corner. It is going to be faster than I originally thought."
What does this mean for regular people? The AI tools you are using today are already impressive. In a few months, they will be noticeably better. Tasks that feel clunky or unreliable right now will start working more smoothly.
What to do: You do not need to do anything drastic. But if you have been putting off learning to use an AI tool because it "is not quite good enough yet," stop waiting. The people who have been practicing with today's tools will get more out of tomorrow's tools. Start now with what is available. The learning curve is gentler than most people expect.
The Signal: The best time to get comfortable with AI was last year. The second best time is this week.

3 Moves This Week
Move 1: Set up ChatGPT in your work apps. Takes 5 minutes. Connect Google or Microsoft in ChatGPT settings. Try one task today, drafting an email or creating a quick doc. You will not go back to copy-pasting.
Move 2: Check out Amazon Health AI. Open the Amazon app, search Amazon Health, and set up a free profile. If you are a US Prime member, check for the free doctor visit offer. Even if you do not use it right away, it is worth knowing it is there.
Move 3: Learn one AI tool this week. Pick one thing you do repeatedly at work or at home. Spend 20 minutes finding an AI tool that helps. This is the single best thing you can do before the next wave of AI improvements hits.
Until next week,
