Hey man,

Jack dorsey fired 4,000 people from block this week.

not because the company is failing. because he thinks smaller teams with AI tools will outperform bigger teams without them.

he said it publicly. on the record.

and honestly? he is probably right.

I have been running everything I do without a team for a while now. AI handles things that used to require at least one or two people. and I know a lot of you are doing the same thing.

the gap between "person using AI well" and "person not using AI" is getting huge. fast.

the other big thing this week.

openai dropped gpt-5.4 and it can now use your computer. like actually click buttons, fill out spreadsheets, navigate software, browse the web.

if you have chatgpt plus you already have it.

here is what I would do with it today. think about the task you hate most. the repetitive one. the one that eats 30 to 45 minutes and does not need your brain.

give it to gpt-5.4. not as a test. as a real attempt to never do it again.

30 minutes a day is 15 hours a month. that is a full work week back.

and this is the thing.

most people know ai can help. that is not the problem anymore.

the problem is nobody sat down and figured out which parts of your specific day can be automated. in what order. with which tools.

that is why I built AI Insiders .

you tell it what you do. it gives you a 30 day plan. one automation per day. exact prompts. exact setup. copy paste and run.

takes 3 minutes. first automation runs on day 1.

reply and tell me what task eats the most time in your day. I will tell you how I would automate it.

khadin

p.s. if you know someone still doing everything manually, send them AI Insiders. three minutes might change their whole week.
